As our products are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect personalisation details supplied by the customer, or items no longer wanted after an order has been placed.

Please carefully check all personalisation details, including names, dates and spellings, before completing your purchase.

Problems With Your Order

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as an item arriving damaged, faulty, or not matching the personalisation details you provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where applicable, so we can investigate and help resolve the problem.

Although personalised items are generally non-returnable for change of mind, this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund as applicable.
